"Glass" cookies


In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, butter, egg, salt, lemon peel and baking powder.

After the dough has been in the fridge long enough, take it, spread it on a floured surface and cut it into a larger star shape.

Then the stars will be cut into other smaller shapes.

The resulting stars are placed in a tray, and broken candies are placed in the middle.

If you want to catch these stars in the tree, with the help of a toothpick you can make a small hole in one side.

Then, put the tray in the oven until the biscuits take on a caramel color. The biscuits will be left to cool in the tray, because they will come off cold without breaking.

When they are cold, put a thin string or even thread, in each hole made before, and then they can be caught in the tree.

In my opinion, they are much better the next day, when they start to soften.

Cut the curdled jelly into pieces. Prepare the shape in which you will make the dessert. You can use a tart form. Moisten the form so that the dessert comes out easier.

2. In a small bowl pour the gelatin and half a glass of cold water, let it swell for 15 minutes. Then add half a glass of hot water, stir. After the gelatin melts, add the cream, stir. Arrange the jelly cubes in shape.

3. Pour the gelatin and cream mixture over the cubes.

4. Refrigerate until cool, best for one night.


Simple homemade glue recipe (without yeast)

Method of preparation: Hot water is mixed with salt. In a bowl add sifted flour, oil and over them add hot water. Knead the mixture with your hands for about 1 minute until a homogeneous and slightly elastic dough is obtained. If it is too soft, add more flour. The density of the dough depends on the quality of the flour used by each. The obtained dough is rounded, put in a bag and left to cool for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, transfer the dough to the floured work surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces, of 20 gr each. Each piece of dough is spread in a round dough sheet with a diameter of 15-16 cm and a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Sprinkle the glue with flour so that it does not break or stick. Heat a frying pan (without oil) and put the glue in the hot pan, turn from side to side until browned on both sides. You will notice during frying how the inside of the stick swells and forms. If the surface of the glues is damaged, broken or too thin, air will come out through the hole and they will not swell. Store the adhesives in a sealed glass or plastic container, if you do not serve them immediately. Put the lid on the bowl in which you keep them as soon as you have finished baking them all. This way you can keep them until the next day when they are still good and tender, not dry.


Put in the glass in the oven, the recipe for family evenings

ingredients: 1 large chicken, 50 ml oil, 2 large onions, 4 cloves garlic, 3 bay leaves, 1 coriander powder, 1 rosemary powder, 1 knife tip of paprika, 2 tablespoons dry white wine, salt and black pepper to taste, 1 half kilogram of potatoes, 3 tomatoes, 2 zucchini, a 0.5 liter bottle of beer washed and cleaned from the label, 2 tablespoons dry white wine, 5 black peppercorns

Method of preparation: Marinating the chicken. The chicken is cleaned from the inside, any remaining organs and on the outside it is cut into hair or flakes, then it is kept whole without being cut. In a bowl, mix the rosemary with the coriander, the paprika, salt and pepper, over which is put 15 ml of oil. Mix well until smooth, then grease the chicken on the outside and inside with a silicone brush. Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours, preheat the oven for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Finely chop the onion and put it in the beer bottle, and over it add the peppercorns, bay leaves, and fill with warm water until the bottle is full. In the tray in which you will cook the chicken put 1.5 glass of warm water, the 2 tablespoons of dry white wine, finely chopped and chopped potatoes, 1 large chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped zucchini and the 4 cloves of crushed garlic.

Grease the chicken on the inside and outside with 35 ml of oil, then fix the chicken on the bottle with the hammers down. Bake the pan in the oven and leave it for about 1 hour and a half until it browns nicely. With 10 minutes until you turn off the oven, you can grease the chicken with the juice left in the pan. After the chicken is ready, carefully remove it from the bottle, leave it to cool for 10 minutes, then it can be removed from the bottle, portioned and served.

As easy to prepare, as tasty is the chocolate cake with whipped cream and strawberries. All you need is the following ingredients and the desire to eat something sweet and aromatic.

Prepare a large tray, line it with baking paper, then leave it for a few minutes, during which time you can melt the 250 g of chocolate in a bain-marie. When it has melted, pour the chocolate into the pan in a uniform layer of no more than two millimeters. When the chocolate cools, cut it into several pieces so that you get 10-12 equal parts. Put the tray cold in the fridge for 30 minutes, during which time prepare the whipped cream. When ready, add the cold cream to harden for 20 minutes. During this time, cut the strawberries into cubes. Finally, place a layer of chocolate, then whipped cream and fruit, one after the other, as if you were forming a multi-storey tower. 7. After it catches, remove the drum from the glass, cutting it.

You can cut even the drum into thin slices, it keeps its shape perfectly! And the taste and aroma are simply extraordinary!
